East Avenue Pizza

Truly authentic New Haven style pizza, literally served up by the owner who is iconic in his warmth and character. He’s an original and here’s the painting to prove it! Got a small personal size lunch pizza just pepperoni and mushroom and ate it down the water. The only negative I can say is that there’s no seating inside anymore. Loved it will be back next time I’m driving through! Thanks for the use of the office …!😄

Amazing food and friendly service! One of my favorite spots in town!

I'll have to come back to try the pizza; it smelled incredible in the shop but unfortunately they don't sell it by the slice, at least they didn't on Tuesdays. The chicken parm I'd ordered for pickup was phenomenal though, will be returning.

Truly the best pizza ever! Used to enjoy their pepperoni pizza 30 years ago. Had the opportunity to be in the area last week and stopped by. The pizza is still the best! Can't get anything close where I live now.

Been going here for over 30 years, the best Greek style pizza around. Everything on the menu is great but the calzones are my favorite. Friendly staff and food is always fresh.
