We had a really good time here overall. The seated seafood selection is the star of the show - fresh oysters, white crab, and a wide variety of sashimi that definitely felt a step above a typical buffet. For an extra $4, you can add a lobster tail, which is a nice bonus. Ours was a bit overcooked, but still enjoyable. Sushi was fine, though a little rice-heavy. One thing I genuinely loved was the mala tang station. You pick your own ingredients and they cook it right in front of you - fresh, interactive, and a fun change from the usual buffet setup. By the way, you can also get yourself a fresh steak cooked, same station with the lobster tail. The space itself is big and nicely done, with multiple dining halls and even a large TV in one area, which is great if you’re trying to catch a g
Yo, this place kind of nice tbh. They're pretty great at keeping all of the buffet items in stock. The dim sum, malatang, and hibachi here are all actually really good. As is their glut of drinks selection. Their fresh buffet items are a bit rough. Their fried and coated Chinese items are good. The sashimi ranges from flavorless to meh. There's actually one good sushi roll in their selection. The dessert selection is profound too for those with a sweet tooth. They have fun items to include with their chocolate fountain. I really enjoy the fact that they just include their 8% service fee instead of asking for tips. Easy and straightforward. There will be long lines most of the time and, while there is plenty of parking, at times, it's not enough. One of the best buffets I've been to though.
I would gave 5 stars if Eel sushi roll, wider walk way. Selling point for me is Malatang, great experience. Will definitely visit again. Love the 8% tips upfront pay. Bayarea tips culture is getting out of control imo.
Excellent Service!!! The food is what you expect from a buffet but a little better. The buttery shrimp with cheese is so Good. I like the Steak. You can ask for two at a time. The Malatang Soup Bar is awesome!!! The Unlimited Drinks is awesome. Green Tea in a Bottle and Boba Milk Tea is also available. The dessert section is mid.
Very pricey, we went for lunch and paid $96 for 3. Had a variety of Asian cuisine and drinks. Gratuity was factored into the price but other than being sat at our table there wasn't any wait service. Food was good, not great.
