East Coast Pizza Truck

This is a very long overdue post ! But east coast pizza truck was amazing .. my original truck I planned for my son’s graduation wasn’t confirmed and I called every pizza truck in the area and the last one I called was definitely the best and meant to be! I highly recommend them all of my guests were amazed and left full !! I look forward to working with you guys in the future !

I mean, wow! We hired East Coast Pizza for our rehearsal after meeting them at a local farmers market. Our family and friends were absolutely blown away by the pizza. The toppings and variety was out of this world. Stephanie and Stephen were so easy to work with, kind, flexible and did I mention made a TON of good pizza. Our friends all took boxes home for a late night snack. They also brought salad, dessert and coffee. I can't say enough how absolutely thrilled by the food and service that our guests were. The wedding was great but after the whole weekend guests still say "but that pizza, wow" . Thank you all again

Husband and wife team, Stephen and Stephanie could not be any better at their craft. We hired East Coast Pizza Truck for our Italian themed baby shower at our home in June 2025. They showed up promptly on time, got the pizza oven going and started putting out a bunch of different option pizzas to pick from along with a tossed green salad. Organized, clean, prepared and well set up. All of our guests raved about the quality of the pizza and how delicious each variation was. They even finished up by serving espresso, cappuccino and gelato! You really can’t beat the one stop shop. Everything was seamless from the booking all the way to the finish of our event. I really cannot recommend East Coast Pizza Truck enough. Thank you Stephanie and Stephen!

Be aware that even though their Facebook and website only show and advertise the nice looking trailer, you may get an old, run down, truck instead. I specially asked for the trailer when I booked as I needed it to fit through a gate. I told Stephanie the dimensions of my gate and the situation when I booked. She reassured me that she checked with Stephen and that the trailer would fit and my request could be accommodated. Come the day of the party, a full size pizza truck shows up, not the trailer. When I speak with Stephen on the phone, he apologized and told me the trailer is at another event and he was not aware of my request. The booking process seemed a bit unorganized so it didn’t come as a surprise that my request was not written down or noted on their reservation. The pizza truc

Had this tonight in Naugatuck. Garlic and basil was absolutely delicious. My son is very picky about his cheese pizza and he liked it so much I had to get him 2 more pieces to bring home.
