**Update (3.5 stars) - while I still like to support this place and wish them success, it seems like they have scaled back their operation and everything is not as fresh as it used to be. *Original (5 stars) - The bagels here are excellent, and everything there is at a great price point for breakfast food. I enjoy them more than Abraham's in Newburyport. I only wish they would open a little sooner. I often get there at 7AM to find it not open yet. Hopefully if they get more business they will want to open earlier.
It was a good place to get bagels. A step above Dunkin but not at the level of local places who have more homemade bagels. Service was great! Very nice person helped me out. Definitely a good value for the money I spent.
This place has some fantastic bagels, and they're in such a convenient location! Polite friendly service every time. The sitting area is always clean and welcoming. The cream cheese is always delicious, and the bagels are always fresh. What more needs to be said?
Amazing bagels from a great shop on Route 1 in Ipswich, MA. Affordable breakfast sandwiches, delicious lunch options, and great deals on day old bagels. The staff are very quick, the food is great, and the service is fantastic. I love coming here & I'm glad they are so accessible.
I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. It's a good size bagel. When the lady (owner) was spreading the cream cheese, I noticed it was the most miniscule amount. When I kindly asked for a more she let go a big sigh. Then lectured me. She said, "I'm putting 2 ounces of cream cheese on your bagel. Now I'm putting 4 ounces." When I replied it's a big bagel she continued, "Well, we had a vote and it was concluded that 2 ounces taste best." Well, as a paying customer I'm casting my vote. It's not enough. Not even close. Real bagel shops load the cream cheese. Especially on a large bagel. At East End so little is used it's like eating a dry bagel. Skimping on the cream cheese then justifying it with some self serving nonsense is ridiculous. East End Bagel isn't a business. It's a hobby. She get
