East Hampstead Domino’s

Tonight I picked up an order when I got home I realized they didn’t pack my sauces that i paid extra for & also my pizza was burnt. When i called and let them know I was told they would bring me my sauces and pizza. While on the phone waiting for them to take my address and confirm it they then insisted that my address was out of range ( i live 7 mins away ) which I understand but you guys messed up my order? The lady i spoke to understood that and said you’re right no problem. When i received my order it was left outside no phone call to let me know my order was delivered. I found it when I proceeded to take my dog out. When i opened my box this is how i found it!!!! How ignorant for the driver to do such a thing. Usually I love Dominos Pizza, however this location has not been good lately. Tonight was the biggest let down. I ordered a thin crust pizza with pepperoni, mushroom and extra pineapple. I got pineapple, barely any mushroom and extra (extra) pepperoni, the pizza was also burned around the edges. I called to let them know and the person that answered totally dismissed me. I ate the pizza because it was the first thing I had eaten all day, but was extremely disappointed. My order clearly said extra pineapple and the slip said the same. It will be a while before we go back to this location.

First time trying out this location. Staff was very nice. Place was clean. Should have checked order they got it wrong. Ordered boneless wings gave us bone in wings. But they were ok. Little small for my liking and could have been crisper. Also Ordered Wisconsin 6 cheese pizza was good. And philly cheese steak was tasty. Pricing was reasonable.

This is my local Domino's. Pizza is always great. The stuffed cheesy bread is delicious as always. They have pasta dishes and sandwiches as well to mix things up or for someone who isn't down for pizza. Great team.

Got a pizza and the new Buffalo Macaroni and Cheese item with bacon and jalapenos. Pizza was fine, but the buff mac contained no buffalo sauce, bacon or jalapenos - it was effectively just mac and cheese, and not much. Even worse, I also ordered bacon on the pizza and it was clearly present there. Have ordered from this location before and thought it was alright, but man, this feels disrespectful.
