Good food, okay service, restaurant is a bit run down and doesn't seem to be well maintained.

This place is nothing like it used to be. I went here this past weekend with my parents and we didn’t even get to order food because of the service and how dirty the restaurant was. When we got there we sat at the bar our usual spot. The waitress didn’t greet us and didn’t even seem like she wanted to be there. We ordered drinks, a cocktail, two beers and sake. We never got the sake. I went to use the restroom while we waited for her to come back for our appetizer order. The women’s bathroom was FILTHY! A waitress came in while I was using the restrooms and began washing her hands. When I went to grab soap she said there was none left and she was right but it was also clear there had not been soap in that dispenser for quite some time. I come here for the teriyaki salmon and vegetable dumplings a few times a year. Food is always consistent.

We'd do East Moon Japanese restaurant again. We ordered takeout take away on today. Both meals were very tasty! What a delightful difference from other eateries in the surrounding area.

This has become one of my go-to restaurants in Salisbury. The food is always great, portions are very reasonable, and the price is on point with other similar food in the area. They never ever mess up my order. It’s so quick and easy to order online and pick up.
