That front office is SLOW & LAZY !!!! Nobody wants to work in 2026. Bathrooms stink / no wifi or elevator for the elderly. Building need updating Bad ! …. Younger staff as well !

The worst place to do service with ,two mornings they have me get out of my bed with my children, just to get there for them to tell me that my appointment has been canceled, after I paid my lyft fare and had to pay to go back home. Why does this woman keep on scheduling appointments just for people to show up and to hear that they are not taking appointments. I don't know if your money grows on a tree but mine does not. Whether to buy gas or pay fare it does not. Then she had the audacity to lie to my face that she tried to call me. Be more competent in your job and stop wasting people's time.

I contacted the health dept and been dealing with the manager who is extremely no help Regarding mice infestation at my building in East orange. I have caught over 100 mice within a year with multiple pictures and videos. My apartment is extremely clean, my landlord, super and NOW the health dept have been zero to NO Help.

Went in to just use the bathroom. Lady said it's not for the public...then said put on a mask. Yall stupid up here! Masks are useless. Have a nice day. Roll Tide 🐘 🐘 🐘

Please don’t go there! Try n get you a professional and respectful place. From security to staff. Some are decent but lack of professionalism.indeed it’s public and jersey is known for the rude unprofessional behaviors. This place is one of them
