Eastport-Annapolis Neck Library - Anne Arundel County Public Library

This library is one of my happy places. The staff is amazing and the garden club makes sure that the flowers outside of the library always look great. The books are so easy to request on the libby app and pick up at the hold shelves pictured here. I am a voracious reader and I save so much money by utilizing the fantastic Anne Arundel Library System!

Such a nice local library. Fun things for the kids and always the nicest people working here. Definitely recommend the classes and activities they offer the kids. So grateful for this gem.

Super lovely library. Reminds me of a library from my childhood. Nothing new or fancy (ok there is a techy kids smart table) but just a good old fashioned library with good kid activities/events/programs and tons of hands on toys for play anytime. Make reading fun!! Staff is helpful and sweet. Book selection is great.

Great local library. I was staying at the Old Farm House (#14 on the Annapolis/Eastport walking tour) while my daughter was attending the USNA Summer Seminar and made great use of walking a lot. The library staff was very helpful, the library has a nice collection and the walk there was pleasant (1.5).

In these Covid times, reserving books online and the curb-side pick-up is a great alternative! Easy-peasy, too. Pull into the parking lot into a "curb-side pick-up" space and follow the directions on the sign... Text your first and last name to the telephone number on the sign and you'll receive a text back from the staff inside and in but a moment or two your reserved books are set out on a table for your retrieval. Quick, easy and painless...other than the missed opportunities to visit with the wonderful staff that are always so welcoming, helpful, and so kind. Truly.
