Eatzi's Market & Bakery

Eatzi’s Fort Worth is an absolute gem! Their sandwiches are incredibly fresh and flavorful, and the pastries are simply amazing. The customer service is always warm and attentive, making every visit enjoyable. As a vegetarian, I really appreciate the wide variety of options they offer and everything is reasonably priced. A perfect spot for a quick bite, a treat, or to pick up something delicious for later. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love their food. The salads can’t be beat and are consistently fresh and are reasonably priced. The salad/sandwich station staff are warm and accommodating to your requests. To date, I’ve only had one item that I didn’t care for. My only criticism is the customer service of other employees, specifically the cashiers. I’ve never been greeted warmly — or greeted at all, for that matter, by cashiers. They always seem quite apathetic as if they want you out of their face quickly. As this is the final touchpoint with customers, I’m not at all sure why there isn’t training from leadership to address this. I’ve read the same feedback from customers in prior reviews. Although the place was very busy for a Sunday, I was highly impressed by the service. We came in for a last minute birthday cake option, and they went out of their way to not only decorate, but also write on it which she said they don't normally do. It definitely made a 16th birthday awesome! 😁

Carlos was an amazing sandwich maker. He attended me and my homegirl so good. I would die for this man. Please give him a raise immediately before me and my homegirl go on strike.

I have never had a bad meal here. Today, we enjoyed a grilled hamburger with seasoned fries and beef tenderloin with sweet potatos and green beans. The staff is friendly, professional and very customer oriented. Love this place.
