Ebenezer Restaurant & Pizzeria

I just ordered food from this place and usually they are great but just now the female that was answering was extremely rude said “you speak english or what” in a rude tone. Started yelling over the phone because I asked her to replace an item that was the same price due to them not having the original in stock. Very rude very unprofessional and honestly should be fired immediately. She always has an issue with doing customer service at the smallest inconvenience. To clarify, the item I ordered could have been replaced with another soup for the same price as she confirmed over the phone, she insisted that because I “did not answer my phone” when grubhub called me that she would only replace the item if grubhub offers them a refund. I never received a call from grubhub. I had no idea there

The woman serving the food is extremely rude. I don’t understand why the two females there feel like as customer we owe them something. I have had multiple instances where my family and I have felt disrespected but since this is the only local Dominican restaurant we continue to give them chance not any more I’ll drive the extra 15 minutes to El rey in Jamaica to get my money worth. I went in for a large plate of food, while deciding what I would like to order I was approached I explained nicely that I was still deciding and to please give me a second she rolled her eyes annoyed at the fact I was taking my time. While serving my plate she wasn’t giving a portion for a large plate when I asked she rudely answered that what I get I said okay perfect. I was not wanting to argue nor go back

Your food is garbage is burn and I don’t know how old is this

Ive been here several times it has been fairly pleasant however TODAY it was a short unpleasant woman in the front that had the worst altitude. Also there was an older man cursing in Spanish not sure if it was about me but I walked in on some intense words. The rude woman coughed on her hand/wrist and proceeded to fix my plate. I politely asked her to wash her hands and she got an attitude . This is the 2nd time I had to experience her rude service. The other staff if ok not the greatest service but the food is good. They may need to do an up to date inspection and training. Extremely Dissapointed

Their food is good but customer service is bad and then ordering from uber eats here is annoying I always had issues with my order I just think uber eats can be overwhelming for them and if they can't handle orders through Uber Eats they shouldn't be using Uber Eats until they have better organization but I will say again their food is good they just need to work on customer service that's all
