EC Diner

My family and I had brunch her today. It was awesome. Food was good. Servers were amazing. Atmosphere was all the way around fantastic. I love how the menu has a little bit of almost everything. Love this place.

Absolutely love this diner and being from NJ originally diners were a staple in Jersey places to eat. Great food that was delivered timely and hot. Presentation was on par and appealing to the eye. My wife was pleasantly surprised that her seafood was better than a lot of places that specialize in seafood meals.

We loved it! Very busy but they are so efficient! I had the NY steak and eggs with home potato’s. My little one had the mini burgers which are also yummy he also loved the fries and he is picky with fries! Waffles, French toast ,the recess churro, and pancakes are worth the try! And they have a beautiful display of desserts. Chocolate fudge cake and strawberry cheesecake 10/10. They have fun shakes will come back for one of those. Mango smoothie was delicious very creamy and their brown sugar white mocha latte hot was delicious! Great latte ☕️. Steak n cheese egg rolls were 5/10 .

I was in the area and tried it out for a early dinner and it was very crowded, so seating took a long time. I ended up taking a bar stool and ate there. Service was ok, they seemed to be under staffed and workers are doing their best to manage the work load. Food was ok needed seasoned more, and they ran out of a lot of my original orders. It was a ok 1 time stop.

Personally, I thought the diner was better before all the renovations and new owners. Don’t get me wrong, all the food is still good, but it’s so overpriced. Waitstaff there is usually really good, although the server we had last night was really dull and slow. They no longer have matzoh ball soup or actual lox. Their menu says “lox” but it’s really cooked salmon. They don’t know what lox is there.
