We have been buying Edda's cake since I can remember but this is my first custom order and my 12 year old daughter was beyond happy with her cake! Best rum cake in all Florida ❤

Edda’s made our wedding cake and it came out beautifully. We loved the vanilla rum, and vintage style design. I can’t wait to order more cakes from Edda’s for future occasions.

I wish I had read some of the reviews mentioning the lack of customer service before ordering. I had a custom cake made here and when I arrived they had placed it in an extra large cake board, which looked disproportionate in comparison to the cake. They said they didn’t know how big the decor I was gonna place around the cake was, so they went ahead and used an unusually large base for the cake without ever asking. Not only did it look bad, but it wasn’t going to fit the area we had for the cake at the event. I explained this and they just plainly didn’t care. Contrary to what they said, the cake was NOT physically attached to such base, but it’s obvious they didn’t want to help at the store. Additionally, NO BOX was provided for transportation. Just some cardstock at the bottom. Very odd

I ordered a half cake for my son's half birthday, and this is what I got. I'm really disappointed, especially as a regular customer, and I never imagined the cake would turn out like this. I can’t believe this was his first cake ever and it’s horrible. I called and spoke with the assistant manager, who told me the manager would reach out to me—but I never received a call. She then explained that the messy appearance was due to it not being made with fondant, which I was never told about when I placed the order. It’s such a letdown. When my husband sent me the picture, I honestly thought it was a joke.

The cake place par excellence in Miami. My family has been getting cakes for all occasions here for years; I figured it was time to leave a review! Our favorite cake, and the one we get the most is their classic vanilla, which we request to be extra moist. But we have gotten almost every type of cake they offer. Their Mango Mousse is to die for, their Red Velvet is yummy, their Bundt cakes are all delicious, in all flavors. Their mini cupcakes are just the right size and sweetness. And we absolutely love, love, love the toasted cake slices. They’re the best with coffee!
