I was on lunch and took back to my office, I took three bites and said, " this is a meal that has to be enjoyed without any interruptions." The ribs were too good to eat at work, I put it up until I got home. I rushed home after work and shared with my husband and we both said the same thing "That is the best ribs I've ever had." I was still dreaming about the ribs the next day that I could feel my mouth drooling after telling everyone I saw how good the rib plate was. The ribs were something else and I want everyone to know, YOU GOT TO GET YOUR RIB PLATE FROM MR. EDDIE!

I just left the food truck on highway 80 in Jackson Ms. It was super disappointing because I was headed to Logan’s and turned around to try him out. Currently, I’m still headed to Logan’s because it was super disappointing. $15 a piece for a lunch plate both ribs and wings only came with one side. The food was cold to the touch! Upon trying the food the ribs weren’t seasoned, the wings weren’t seasoned and the cabbages are what put the icing on the cake. He was very professional and nice and although there may be other things on the menu that are better, I wrong be trying them again. 2/10.

The business owner was very attentive and professional. The food was great, the ribs were so tender and the potato salad was delicious.

We had the rib tips, smoked wings, two turkey legs, a slab of ribs and some brisket. The cooking technique and the smoke ring were the best points to compliment. The tenderness was spot on for all the meats. My only critique which was consistent across all the meats was the flavor profile. The meats needed more seasoning whether that’s salt n pepper, seasoning salt or a rub. I applaud the no sauce statement but your flavor profile needs to be better. Last, prices were definitely reasonable.
