Eddie's Pizza

Pizza is always good here but , just had a terrible experience. I placed an online order and received a email confirming the order. Waited one hour and never got a pizza, I decided to call and the workers told me the order was never confirmed. They said they called me 3 times but I never received one call, I told them I still wanted the order and the woman on the phone I think was annoyed with me complaining and told me it’ll be 45 minutes for the delivery. I literally live less then 10 mins from eddies at this location. She had no compassion and basically told me I’m out of luck. My girlfriend actually called after I did to try and sort out the situation but got passed around by two “managers” and still gave us no options but to wait 45 minutes. No compassion no empathy. I honestly still

I’ve had nothing but the best experience at Eddies pizza. I’ve tried all the locations and have always met my expectations. I actually drive 40 minutes away to get their offerings instead of local. It’s that good.

If I could rate a ZERO for the staff that work here at the Waterloo location I would. The entire staff was disgustedly rude, impatient and unprofessional. All of the workers repeatedly and obnoxiously kept yelling a name that wasn't mine and laughing instead of simply announcing which pizza was ready. The bottom the pizza was burnt. Better management is needed at this location. Will be going to other Eddies Pizza locations from now on.

Bad customer services cashier was very rude. Pizza was burnt and hard she charged us for cheese packets and we went to go sit down to eat our food it was cheese packets on the counter on the side by the soda machine. She was just trying to overcharge. Conversation started off rude I will never eat here again! The pizza plus wings were almost $60 just for a large pizza ridiculous pizza was hard as a rock!

Definitely one of the best pizzas I’ve tried in this area will definitely order from there again great quality pizza
