Customer Reviews
Locals and passer-bys know Ed's. Yum. We had the bacon cheese burger and the pimento and cheese (the bacon jam in da bomb). If you've not had one, split one with your mate. Both of you can have a tasty meal. And sometimes the bun makes the burger... Ed's buns are great. Kids fried chicken tender meal for the little. All good. The weather allowed us to sit outside (upstairs the speakers are a LOT closer, so the music will be loud for conversation). Enjoyed it all.
Not my first time at Ed’s but first time with a to go and order. Fries were good. Not earth shattering but tasty. Now let’s get to the star. The burger patties at Ed’s a seasoned to perfection. The grilled onions were some of the best I’ve ever had. The Texas toast was okay but it made me miss the excellent buns the standard burgers come with. Next time I’m gonna craft my own burger with the bun and cover it with grilled onions. I’m pretty sure angels will be crying (because I’m eating it and not them. 😀
Came today to find something new and found a Jem indeed. My husband had gotten the loaded fries and a double cheeseburger, and my so had gotten a patty melt with fries and I had gotten the jalapeño popper burger with onion rings added an egg and avocado, and oh my gosh the food was amazing. The atmosphere is laid-back and fun for a family. They had games outside. There’s plenty of seating with benches outside along with tables upstairs..
Stopped by Ed’s for a burger and shake, and overall it was a mixed experience. The Butterfinger and peach milkshakes were definitely the highlight—rich, creamy, and full of flavor. If you're into dessert-style drinks, they’re worth the visit alone. As for the food, the Jalapeño Popper Burger, Shroom Burger, and fried pickles were all very salty—enough to distract from what otherwise seemed like good flavor combinations. The Ed’s fries and cheese tots were just okay—nothing memorable, but not bad either. The atmosphere was a strong point. The place was clean, inviting, and had a fun vibe that made it a pleasant spot to sit and eat. With a few tweaks to the seasoning, this could be a standout burger joint. Until then, I’d recommend it mainly for the shakes and a casual hangout.
We stopped here on our way back to Texas, i must say this was delicious!! Their buns are really tasty, the service it’s good. Everyone is so kind. You won’t regret eating here totally. Btw, their service was really fast !!
