Eduardo's is an excellent new Italian restaurant that has quickly become a must-visit in Fort Lauderdale. We started our meal with the Fritto Misto appetizer, a perfectly prepared dish featuring a light, crisp batter on shrimp, calamari, and mushrooms. It was served with a dipping sauce of truly flavorful tomato sauce. For our main courses, we sampled the Chicken Francese, Chicken Parmigiana, and Penne Vodka. Every dish offered healthy-sized portions and tasted fantastic. The Chicken Francese was a standout: perfectly cooked to a beautiful brown on the outside while remaining juicy on the inside, coated in a classic, tangy lemon-and-garlic sauce. Even the accompanying side of spaghetti was remarkably flavorful (though diners can also opt for vegetables and potatoes). Both the Chicken
Italian food is not my husband’s favorite food, but this time, I decided to try something I wanted to eat. We walked in and were greeted warmly. We were told we could make ourselves comfortable, so we sat at a table with a bench and chair. The menu was simple which we liked. We were given a bread basket with toasted bread and butter. We ordered the snapper two ways. I went with the recommendation of the server version for my snapper. I ate every bite of my snapper. It was cooked in a buttery citrusy sauce and bread crumbs on top. The potatoes and spinach were nice accompaniments. My husband said his pasta was not as al dente as he liked. He did not like the olives in the sauce. I thought my fish tasted better as his had an after taste I did not like. We paid cash to receive the small disco
Such a cozy and comfortable spot, the inside really feels like a traditional Italian restaurant. I ordered the ravioli and it was incredibly flavorful. Everything tasted very fresh, and the prices are great for the quality you get. Definitely a place worth visiting!
Lovely, quaint new restaurant that opened in the former Hangry Joe's spot. I had the chicken Francese and caprese salad. Both dishes were fresh and flavorful and huge portions. Very good value for the $
Great Italian restaurant with excellent service. The food was delicious and the service was attentive and welcoming. The gnocchi with white sauce and burrata was incredibly creamy and flavorful, and the Chicken Francese was perfectly cooked and well seasoned. Definitely worth visiting — I’ll be back.
