Effortlessly Healthy

Wow ! This food is Amazing. I tried the grilled chicken with couscous, spinach and tomatoes in a vinegrette. So delicious!! I recently had shoulder surgery and couldnt cook for myself . My Sister recommended Effortlessly Healthy to me and its been a lifesaver. So many choices , low sodium, gluten-free and vegetarian. I'm now eating healthy meals everyday; that are easy to heat up and enjoy !! Thank you Effortlessly Healthy for helping me out during this time. Highly recommended!

The communication between EH and myself has been very good I even knew when my driver was pulling in to give me my food. I haven't tried any of them yet but they all look great and I'm looking forward to my second order on Friday I believe. Thank you so much and I'm looking forward to enjoying my dinner tonight. The meatloaf dinner is my favorite out of the first two weeks the meatloaf is so flavorful I've never had it served without gravy before but that is killer good and I will be frequently getting that for of my weekly dinners.

Great first impressions. Delivery was happening as I was getting home and got to speak with delv person. She was awesome. I did not have a bag since this was my very first delivery. She happened to have a bag in her car, so I have one, starting next week. Extra thank you to delivery driver.

I have tried the only 2 vegetarian options available at UR medicine cafe, the chickpea wrap and veggie Limon. It’s neither healthy nor tasty. When you meal has 50-80g of carbs and less than 10 grams of protein it is not healthy. Make some effort into cooking, because it’s effortlessly unappealing in all aspects. Hate it

My husband & I used Hello Fresh for about five years. The meals were good & tasty, but we would have occasional issues with delivery or the ingredients themselves. We were also spending at least an hour in the kitchen most evenings despite them saying ready in 30 minutes. Hello Fresh was a good way to help us get more veggies and to branch out to try new foods, but we weren’t all that thrilled with the nutritional value. Many of the options were very high in sodium and carbs. While they grew as a company and weekly choices expanded, those concerns continued to be concerns.
