Egg and I

Great breakfast spot! Came in with a decent sized group and the service was excellent. Food was very solid although some portions are a bit small. Got the eggs Benedict and it was pretty good although I was glad I got a piece of French toast on the side which was terrific. Got some coffee which was good as well. I think the omelette was my favorite and it was huge and very good.

We go for Sunday brunch. Getting expensive: a side of sausage patty was $6.95! Overall the food is reliably good, lighter on the seasoning. Atmosphere is comfortable, and service is always prompt and friendly.

Had a great Saturday morning breakfast. I had the French toast, with over easy eggs and bacon. The reason for the 4 stars is the French toast. Maybe it would have been better with cinnamon. The bacon tastes really good. Very large area inside for dining. Great view of University Ave.

Calm family friendly experience. Service was incredibly fast and helpful. Food was delicious with generous portion sizes.

I recently dined at this restaurant and was truly impressed by the outstanding service provided by Carrie. Her attentiveness and warm demeanor, really elevated my experience and showcased the value of this establishment. While I found the food to be decent, I ordered the Eggs Benedict and have certainly had better elsewhere. The atmosphere was pleasant, but it didn't quite stand out. However, Carrie's exceptional service made the visit worthwhile. Overall, if you're looking for a place where you're treated with care and attention, this restaurant is worth a try, especially if you have the pleasure of being served by Carrie!
