Egg Harbor Township - Atlantic County Library System

Went to Ken Northridge Magic Show at the EHT Library..kids loved it and would definitely go again next time.

I agree that the library staff are extremely loud. The noise level has been a known problem at this branch for quite some time. Apparently there isn't much staff oversight, as the older female librarian (?) with burgundy-dyed hair, is also considerably unwelcoming to guests. These aren't bad people; it's just apparent that there is no manager or anyone to help keep the team on track.

It seems as if the staff at this library are unaware of the fact they work at a library. The noise level is beyond unacceptable. Having loud, ongoing conversations as if this were social hour. Besides the incessant chatter that occurs here, the resources are great and very helpful. However, it doesn't deserve more than 1 star due to the uncontrolled volume. Go to a different location

The staff here are very nice and helpful. They have a lot to browse onsite and they have an online app as well. Always plenty of parking and events as well for small kids. As a bonus, right next door is Castle Playground which is also nice for small kids.

Great staff. Best customer service, Very helpful. There is Quiet room for those who cannot tolerate the noise from tutors, kids and staff when it's really busy. Not your grandma's library.
