Egg N' Joe (SanTan Village)

There are so many choices for breakfast in Gilbert, but Egg N' Joe SanTan Village location stands out for several reasons. Their rolled signature omelets are delicious, filled with many combinations of fresh vegetables, meats, and cheeses. We enjoyed the current seasonal special Florentine Omelet, which includes smokehouse bacon, Swiss cheese, fresh mushrooms, tomato, baby spinach, and hollandaise sauce. Special requests are no problem. Our pancakes were fluffy and cooked perfectly. The restaurant is large but laid out thoughtfully. It is bright, immaculate, and well staffed. Our server, Gomez, could not have been more friendly and helpful. Just the right personality to help get our morning off to a great start. In the Gilbert area for a couple days, decided not eat breakfast outside the hotel and picked this place. Close to our hotel, looks like others liked it, so said let’s give it a try. Brandon was our waiter, great guy, friendly and helpful. Answered our questions and got our food out quick. Entire staff was great, food was awesome, and a decent variety of music playing. The biscuit, hash browns, scrambled eggs and sausage really hit the spot. Good start to my last day in town. In the area, stop in for a meal!

First visit to this restaurant had a fasting blood test. This morning and was starving. Menu looked enticing, maybe a little pricey for some ...4 breakfast. Arrived a few minutes after 9. The waiter greeted me within a few minutes. Asked me what I'd like to drink ordered a coffee. I Ordered the hungry rancher, breakfast, eggs over medium, loaded hash Browns, no biscuit substitute English, muffin and a side of sourdough bread. Another couple had been seated,( few minutes after me) right next to my booth. The restaurant was a little more than half full and seemed to be staffed well. After 30 minutes, I still had not received my breakfast. 9:38 But the couple next to me had received theirs and already finished their breakfast. 5 minutes later, the waiter brought my breakfast, the eggs. Really enjoyed eating here. Food, service, location was all excellent when we visited. Tasty and portion sizes were perfect! My kids really loved it to.

Very nice place. New locals to Chandler and this was my first time me and my girlfriend came and we loved it! From the cleanliness, food and service. Jakob was a very nice server and answered all of my questions. I also like the donations they give to the kids foundation for specific meals!!! I work with kids so that make me like this place even more. Food was bomb!!!
