Egg Republic

2-4-26 Been to Egg Republic several times over the past few years usually in Bloomington but this location is always great too. Their food is always excellent! My wife likes their mimosas. Service, atmosphere and prices are all good. We'll be back!

My server Anna represented service with perfection. She helped me select a meal & didn't disappoint. This was new year's eve & I expected a wait. Nope, seated immediately and food was out in 15 minutes. The pancakes were the best I've ever had. They were not paired with fruit, glazed or creams yet they were incredible. Plus the whole vibe of this place is something you have to experience. Try it! I promise you'll be happy you did.

Egg republic is a great restaurant! They celebrate birthdays, accommodate celebrations, and just gives great option of brunch foods. The chicken needed salt but the sweet and salty ratios are well balanced in each component of the dishes. We will definitely be back! And Kim was an amazing server!

We just left Egg Republic for their brunch and can I just say that EVERYTHING was 🔥🔥🔥!!! Our server was Ryan, and HE MADE OUR MEAL!! His personality made our food and drinks taste better, is that even possible?! Let me tell you, it is actually! We were here celebrating a friend's birthday and, if you like spirits, you get an adorable birthday cake martini (I'm sure if you don't drink spirits you'll get another option). From there, Ryan encouraged us to try the offerings on the menu with a yellow triangle next to it. I did just that and tried their Fig Charcuterie Omlette. Holy frijoles was that omelette amazing! My husband had the Spanish Omelette and it was spectacular as well! Everyone loved the food, ambiance, drinks, and especially the service!! We will be back!!

My husband and I had a great experience at Egg Republic. Excellent service, great beverages and very tasty food. He had the Farmer’s Omelette and I had the Crab Cake Benedict. We were both very satisfied with the positions and flavors. Will be back!
