Einstein Bros. Bagels

This location is in Anna near our home. Grateful to even have one so close. Their bagels are always so good! I really like their everything bagels. Friendly service. 😎

Rude staff both workers Coffee was put away at 1:15 and they don’t close till 2:00 Not friendly and cleaning and scraping the floor before closing. Must want yo leave badly. Not happy at all. I got a buttered bagel and the butter was clumpy on the bagel. Won’t be back

Today I placed an online order and got a Nova Lox bagel. When I opened it, I was really disappointed to see such a small amount of salmon and an overwhelming amount of tomatoes and onions. I went to the store to address the issue, but the woman there (a middle-aged blonde lady) wasn’t friendly at all. She just said, “There’s nothing I can do, you need to contact support,” without even checking the bagel. It was frustrating, especially because I’m not a new customer and this isn’t the first time I’ve ordered that bagel. At $11, it’s just not worth it for what I received.

Food was good, consistent with what I would expect. What I didn’t expect was for this nice new store to be walk out only. Small and cramped and I was planning on a nice Sunday morning having a bagel and a sit down with my wife at this nice new location before Christmas shopping. Instead, we had to cram into the store as it was cold outside and the lobby is very small. Then ended up eating in my car.

Ordered a plain bagel with onion and chive shmear, cinnamon sugar bagel, and 2 Doggie bagels. This was an online order. The bagels were made correctly and tasted very good, too. My dogs enjoyed their bagels. The restaurant was clean. The staff were friendly and acknowledged me as I walked in. The down side, this is a small place. It's for to-go orders only. That means no tables. Also, there is no drive thru.
