EDIT 4/11/25: Einstein Bagels customer service did reach out to me and handled the situation well, providing a $10 credit automatically loaded to my account. Thank you. I’ve been here a few times, it’s not too bad. A little pricey but what isn’t. However the last two times, one of them ordering in drive thru and the other picking up at my designated time, my sandwiches were completely lukewarm. Today I ordered a cinnamon bun because there was a coupon for a free sandwich with all orders.. I take the box out of the bag and this is what the box looked like. I have no idea what happened, it’s super greasy, looks like it may have fallen on the floor or just been in a super dirty area.. then I open the box and it’s clear the cinnamon bun had fallen upside down, which could be why the box is gr

I have been door dashing at this Einsteins for the last year and consistently have gotten great tasting fresh sandwiches. Today I decided to swing into the store just to see what it was about and it was clean inviting the staff was friendly. Food was out quick and delicious as usual.

While the bagels from this company are always good, my experience ordering take out on 2/21was not the best. I waited in line for 10-15 minutes with only one register open. This was just after the lunch hour so not sure why only one person was taking orders. I did notice that most of the bagels were either out or not on display. I asked the person at the register to check on some types of bagels that I wanted to order. Some were and some were not in stock. When I finally received my order, I noticed that I received a cream cheese which I had not ordered. I asked if what I had been handed was my order and was told yes. I guess I should have checked further because when I got home, only two bagels out of 6 were correct! Since this place is some distance from me, I opted not to go back. Not

I love Einstein Bagel. Every time I go out of town, I have to go because of positive experiences and delicious food! I've had an issue with the eggs the last 4 times I've been to this specific Einstein Bagel in Cape Coral FL. I understand the eggs are fresh from an actual egg. But the last 4x I've found egg shells. Once in a while it was fine. I've never complained about it until today. After the 3rd shell I didnt want to eat my bagel no more. Someone has to do better in the kitchen...
