Einstein Bros. Bagels

I come to this Einstein Bagel location regularly, and unfortunately over time the experience has steadily gone downhill. Today I stood in line for about seven minutes just to place an order. Even though employees were moving all around me, no one acknowledged me or even said hello. The staff appeared very focused on processing orders, especially for the drive-through, while in-store customers seemed overlooked. After placing my order, I tried to find a table to sit at, but every table in the dining area was dirty and covered with crumbs. There was also trash left behind on multiple tables, which made it difficult to enjoy eating there. I’ve tried to make this a lunch stop at least twice a week, but I’m now reconsidering whether I’ll continue coming here at all. This feels like a manageme

We stopped by Einstein Bros. for a quick “brunch” stop. This is essentially a “bagel theme” fast food restaurant so, don’t expect a proper bagel shop experience. Overall, the bagel sandwiches were pretty tasty and the coffee drinks were decent. The staff were diligent but, it seemed a little all over the place.

5/25/2025 (Sunday, May 25 2025) .. I ordered a Nova Brunch Box special from the Casselberry, Florida location. This place has serious issues with basic customer service, sanitation and decency. The bag used to carry it was sealed. The food itself was sealed. I had it delivered 8 minutes away from the store. Yet, there was a roach in my order. The food also arrived cold. Clearly, this food was not fresh. It is disgusting. To make matters worse, I called the location. I've ordered from here plenty of times and never had an issue. I spoke very calmly and politely. I requested to speak with a manager hoping she/they could smooth things over. And to my surprise, she was extremely rude. I asked what her name was and she said - "I do not have to disclose that". I have been to many other Einstein locations in the past, so I thought I would try this one for the first time. I made my order using the mobile app which was easy. I used the curbside option, and put in the make, model and color of my car. When I arrived I clicked “I’m here” on the app and the app indicated that someone would be out to bring my order shortly. I waited for over 20 minutes while watching car after car enter and leave the drive through and people come and go through the main entrance, so I decided to enter. I immediately noticed my order sitting in the “mobile pick up” area, and I asked why my order wasn’t brought out, as I specifically selected curbside.
