Einstein Bro’s Bagels

Fast service. Cinnamon raisen bagel was good. Less expensive than other locations I've been to, maybe because it's a franchise.

Poor customer service. Great employees previously . Last year came almost every day. Pull up to the drive through 1 car in front of me and looked empty inside . The gal said huffing 15-20 min wait. Thought she would take my order. 5 min I said hello … she says u can come inside at least 30 min wait. Explained can’t back out other cars now about10 people have come in. ( she could have got order placed on front register if that was the issue ). . Ended up leaving when I could get out.

Horrible service. Took forever, messed up our order, very rude and sloppy. If I could give no stars I would.

I bought a cinnamon raisin toasted bagel with cream cheese, it took close to 10 minutes to get the bagel. It was close to 1:00 pm. I took it back to my hotel and when I ate it the cream cheese was sour and bad. I am highly disappointed that it was spoiled cream cheese. I will never buy this again. What a waste of time, cost, and money fir such a poor bagel.

I come here a lot but depending on who is working depends on the quality of my food. Everyone does it differently. I get the same avocado bagel and for some reason it’s different every time I go. When I ask for a hazelnut coffee some days it’s straight black some days it has nasty zero sugar. Can we have some consistency please.
