Einstein Bros. Bagels

Great food, friendly staff and atmosphere. Overall I love coming to Einstein Bros Bagels. Just one major complaint about this location. Everytime I come for bagels I get a hot coffee and its always barely luke warm. I like my hot coffee hot. I usually visit this location once a week at least and have not yet received a hot cup of coffee. I think it's time for new coffee urns. Other than the luke warm coffee this place is good.

There are two places to order. One of them says "Order Here." Then you go and pay. It's their job to set up the system, but it wasn't convenient for me. It's not immediately clear that the order is here and the payment is elsewhere. Okay, I'm waiting for my coffee. I paid. I'm waiting, and I see someone come to the same place, place their order, and pay. I'm talking about the payment-only place. So, just so you understand, they're not standing in the place where you need to order; they're already standing at the payment counter, but they're still placing their order. At least they kicked me out and asked me to go to the supposedly correct place. Okay, I moved on. This place has mixed reviews and I experienced it on the last time we went with my wife. We waited 45 minutes to get a sandwich coffee which was completely absurd however, this time we ordered online with the app and our food was ready when we got there. Interesting enough if it wasn’t that crowded so if we ordered when we got there, we probably would’ve got our food in about 10 minutes. I think the last time we were there it was just everybody went all at the same time and it was a very unpleasant experience. The staff was great and took care of business right away, and our food was out at the expected time. The latte tasted spot on and the breakfast sandwich as you can see, was delicious. I was trying to order a delivery and wanted to know if the bagel i wanted was available it said I would get a plain one if it not. I tried to call to ask if it was available and it says everyone is busy and hung up. I tried 3xs and same system hung up on me I would not recommend if you want a specific bagel for delivery

Open at 6am, great place to get a quick breakfast in the morning, not very busy at all on a Sunday. A few tables to sit inside, but not a lot of sitting room. Bagels are always fantastic.
