Einstein Bros. Bagels

Everyone was timely and friendly—Brianne, Leilyn, and Molly are super welcoming! The store was clean and the food was just what I needed. A bacon, egg, and cheese with additional sauce that they were more than happy to help me with. One of them was even willing to help me take a picture of the BEAUTIFUL sandwich! The manager especially (Brianne!) was very helpful and kind, I appreciate that after a rough week 🙏 If I could give 55 stars I WOULD!!!

there was hardly any meat on my sandwich and it was cold. the cheese wasn’t melted. the caramel macchiato was super gross. it tasted like chemicals and was overly sweet. I had to throw it away, it was undrinkable. it doesn’t look anything like it was advertised on the app. my coffee was 6 dollars. the breakfast was barely edible

I live closer to the layton location but would wait hours for my food. I started going to this location because the service was much better and even when the placed is packed, ive never had any issues. A couple of weeks ago I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. There was hardly any cream cheese! Today, they forgot half my order. It's my fault for not checking the bag before driving away. But its now the second time in a row with bad experiences.

I was greeted by Frank as I walked in the shop. The smell of fresh bagels was on the air. The person who took my order was great asking me questions about what I wanted on my sandwich. My food got to me as soon as they finished making it. I love going into Einstein Bagels.
