Einstein Bros. Bagels

A friend and I ordered the avocado tomato egg bagel and the sunrise. My bacon and egg were completely cold/not cooked at all. His meat was like a brick hockey puck and he couldn’t eat it. Each time we come here the bagel sandwiches are incredibly messy and put together with no effort. First time, average, 2nd time messy, this time never going back. Sorry.

The drive thru was busy when I pulled in so I expected a wait. It was around 30 minutes to get a Santa Fe egg sandwich and regular coffee. When I got to the drive thru, it took another 5 minutes for someone to greet me then there was no apology for the wait or even a "good morning". Everyone inside appeared to not want to be there. The sandwich was cold with sauce all over it so it was also very messy. I had to throw half of it away. The coffee was hot which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1.

I’m honestly really annoyed with my experience today. I paid cash for my order, total was $14.09. I handed her $15, and instead of giving me the correct change, she said they only had quarters and gave me 75 cents back… when my actual change should have been 96 cents. It’s not even about the amount. It’s about giving customers the correct change. If you can’t make proper change, that’s a business problem, not the customer’s problem. Do better.

Bagels and coffee were really good we were traveling through every much enjoyed this will definitely try when we are near

I went last week to get me a bagel pizza combo, it was way over cooked that my cheese look like part of the bagel and the. I called then they gave me credit to go back so I did today and my food was under cooked and soda was flat "due to the ice in it" super annoyed.
