Einstein Bros. Bagels

Did Einstein change their schmear policy or is this a one off instance? Whenever I come to the big city I get Einstein Bagels but it's been a couple months. They used to put a solid 1/4" of schmear all over the bagel. It is the best part of the bagel. I hope they haven't changed how they do things...

Einsteins closes at 2:00 pm now, which is really early for someone like me. They seem to do most of their business by on line ordering. If you walk in and try to order, it can take a while. My last visit, I gave up, sat down and ordered on line. It went quicker that way. Even then, although I clicked "walk in", they didn't call out my name, I just happened to notice the order sitting on the pick up shelf. The food was very good. I had the Lox Nova and enjoyed it. I ordered an iced mocha but got a hot one instead. I let it go. Good food, but not the best service.

Went for breakfast, my bagel and spread was on par. Staff was attentive, friendly, and welcoming. I’ll specifically go to this Einstein store from now on because of the staff. All around good vibes and a pleasant experience. Oh and the quality of the food was good as well but just saying the staff made the experience for sure!

Came in around 10:30a on 10/03/25, the place wasn't too busy. I ordered two bagels and sat down. After a while, other people came in, also ordered one or two bagels, got their order and left. I figured I needed to check on my order. They lady told me that someone had bumped my order off the screen and that I'd have to wait longer to get my two bagels. I told them I'd just take a refund and go elsewhere. Luckily, they were pretty quick to give me my refund receipt, but hopefully not because of doing that often to other customers. Disappointed because I haven't had Einstein Bros. in a while and was looking forward to it. Maybe if I had only ordered one bagel instead of two, the order wouldn't have been too big to overlook.

Absolutely BEAT service! I love eating here. I moved here from the north west coast and finally found a place that reminds me of home. I always have this one employee Monica who is super sweet and helpful. She always has a smile and the other gal that works there is just as awesome. I forget her name. Thank you for adding such an awesome and comfortable spot to our city!
