Einstein Bros. Bagels

Came for the carbs, stayed for Kate. She was working solo but didn't miss a beat. From the second I (and several others) walked in to the moment she personally handed me my food, she was spot on. She was talking with every customer along the way but still made it seem personal and not rushed. Fast, friendly and that smile.. it will make you forget you haven't had your coffee yet! Best bagel run I've had in a long time, Einstein's is lucky to have her. She made my day!

Stepped in and goodness I was blown away by the beauty before me.. Her ℯ𝓎ℯ𝓈 .. her 𝐬𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐞 when she greeted me.. to the girl behind the counter. I dont even like Bagels but.. I only come because of 𝐘𝐎𝐔. The way your eyes light up when u laugh, it lights up my day just as much. I 𝐀𝐥𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 hope your the one to hand me my order.

I stopped into this Einstein Bros Bagels location on a snowy Thursday to get a baker's dozen bagels with 2 tubs of cream cheese and a coffee for myself. It wasn't busy and they had everything ready to go quickly for me. They were very polite and fast. The pricing is also very reasonable. My customers really enjoyed their bagels!

This is the absolute best bagel place in southeast Michigan. I drive thirty minutes just to get the best service and care for my schmear! Six cheese bagel with plain schmear is the perfect way to start my day. Been to many Einstein bros., none of them compare.

Visit :1 I was disappointed that our bagels were toasted but still cold when served. Additionally, I had to wait and ask for my coffee cup. Despite paying for a dog bagel, it was missed, and we had to show the receipt and ask for it again. I expect the staff to be attentive and ensure all items are provided promptly. Visit :2 I ordered a dozen bagels to-go. I attached the pictures below please take a look at their condition. Additionally, the staff were quite rude. I won't be returning.
