El Asador - Bocachica

Baaaaad place to get food from. I first, the menu prices are way off. They change prices by the day it seems. I bout arround $150 worth of food from this place for all my family, and we all got food poisoning. Fajita had a good flavor but what came after was not worth it. Will definitely not order from here again.

The pollo asado is good. The reason I give 2 stars is because I ordered half a chicken. They pack your order to go very well and you have to undo it all to check what you got. They gave me 2 leg quarters for 1/2 chicken. I would have preferred the lady say "we dont have whole chickens to sell half, but we have leg quarters and let me decide if I still want the order." Check your orders ya'll!!

First off we called on the phone for an order of the Nachos with avocado & they told us it would be done in 15 minutes, we showed up and they didn't even start on the order!! They probably thought we were gonna dip or something, but regardless they don't make orders unless you show up first I guess whoever the nachos tasted good but the service was very bad let me explain: when we looked at the menu online it says 15.99 Pancho's with avacado already included then when we show up the lady said it's 18.00plus tax we said why well because the avacado is 1.99 extra ok... Whatever then we come home to only find 3 small slices of avocado 🥑 what a rip off , never doing business again, guys don't bother getting the avacado they're very stingy and misleading compare the online picture of Pancho's

Food is always fresh and delicious. The lady in the window is always nice and helpful 🥰

I ordered a parrillada for 4 and a queso with chorizo in it. The man in the phone was nice. When I arrived to the Alton Gloor location the drive thru had a few vehicles. I decided to park and get down for my orders as soon as I get to the doors there was this young man telling me “ hey you need to go to the drive thru”! He didn’t ask me about my order or why I was there. Just said I had to go to the drive thru and it was policy. There was a young lady there from next door (Westlake Dentist). I told the young man” she’s waiting here for her order” he said “ yeah well she’s from next door” he then preceded to the door and practically pushed me out with the door and told me to go to the drive thru! Wonderful customer service! Y’all lost a new customer. And to that young man, please be caref
