El Balcón de las Américas - Pembroke Pines

The food was delicious. Mara was a phenomenal server. She really took care of us and was super sweet. Definitely order the Limonada De Coco with rum, its amazing.

Service is exceptional and the Colombian food is delish. We had a party of 5 we spent less than $200. Servers were extremely attentive eventhough they weren't serving out table. The ambience is family friend.

Would like to start with the professional service. Hospitality superb and the time the order was served on time. I've been to the other balcon de las Americas and no comparison, super clean. The entire staff checks on every customer, great quality service to every customer. The food was prepared in a timely manner. Delicious, it hit the spot. Ordered an arepa con chocolo perfect as well. Thank you so much, definitely will be a customer for a long time. Ms.Mara, again thank you so much for your service. Definitely best in Miramar area.

This place never disappoints!!! The food, the service, the ambience is always sooo great!! Our waitress we had for Father’s Day was so awesome! Here are a few pics. My favorite dish here is the pork chop platter! It never misses!

We’ve been to the Deerfield and Coral Springs locations before, but this was our first time visiting the Pembroke Pines location—and we’re so glad we did! The food was absolutely delicious. Cynthia was not only very attentive to our table’s needs, but also incredibly sweet and kind. We will definitely be returning. Thank you, Cynthia, and the entire Balcón de las Américas team for such a wonderful Sunday lunch!
