El Campesino Mexican Restaurant

Finally found a really authentic Mexican place. The food was amazing, portions great, it's absolutely my new goto for Mexican! And they have actually really spicy very flavorful sauces. The.habenero orange colored sauce was so good and will light you up nicely. Jose treated us great too. Enjoyed having him serve us, he was just perfect. Really enjoyed our evening thanks to him and the excellent fajitas for two with plenty left for tomorrow.

Authentic Mexican flavors, top-notch service, and absolutely delicious food! A must-try for anyone craving a real taste of Mexico.

Very large menu! However I didn’t see what I wanted, steak tacos with cilantro and onion. The menu states it comes with lettuce and cheese….but it doesn’t. It comes with cilantro and onion. Confusing, but I got what I wanted. Our server kind of just disappeared at the end, but again other servers saw us looking around and came to help out pretty quickly. The food was amazing, which is what I care about at the end of the day and why I still give this place four stars.

Food has good flavor. I asked for pineapple I barely got any in there. The description did say with melted cheese but hardly had any.

Bummed it took me a handful of weeks to write this, especially considering how solid the food and service were. My wife had a Chef’s Burrito (steak) and I had the El Texano (shrimp and chicken, no steak) and both were fantastic and healthy serving sizes. Our server was fantastic and we dined in on a Thursday which offered me great priced Modelos! Highly recommend for fairly authentic Mexican food.
