I got two steak quesadillas and a tortas. They were both phenomenal. The food was made very quickly and the atmosphere and everything around it is great. It’s got a great vibe, great food, and great prices. What more could you ask for?

Vegetarian options in Waynesboro can be less than stellar. After watching a beautiful sunset at Waynesboro Sunset Park, I was craving some authentic Mexican food, and El Carretón 2 did not disappoint. I was thrilled to see they've opened a second truck at this location on 101 E Main St. I had previously tried their other truck in Grottoes, Virginia, and was blown away by the quality of the food there as well. It's clear they're committed to bringing delicious Mexican cuisine to the area. This time, I ordered the Colorado burrito, and it was phenomenal – packed with flavor and incredibly satisfying. I had a delicious plate of tacos and my two (very) picky children shared a chicken and cheese quesadilla WITHOUT COMPLAINING - we all agreed it was the best quesadilla we’ve had. Both guys working were extremely nice and the food came out quickly.
