El Carrizo - Whittlesey Blvd

I usually love this place this was my first time ordering Togo and was quite disappointed I ordered tacos 2 orders happy plate w/ veggies and a combination burrito I’ve been wanting tacos for a while. First picked up order and got hm they forgot my tacos went back to get she said my cuz didn’t order veggies but she did so they gave veggies per say free got hm my tacos were so soggy never ever ate tacos with a fork. The young lady was very nice just didn’t enjoy my food spending almost 50 for one order 26 for the other.just feel anything you’re ordering tacos/ nachos etc it should be separated because it was a soggy mess I ate one and threw the other out wasted money

They have the best Frozen Texas Margaritas! My wife and I come here pretty much every week to the point we are like family there. The service is great and so is the food!

Over prized , in order two happy plate full portion and it came out looking like half. Very small servings for the price tag. Nothing like Guadalajara in midland food actually has flavor in midland and prices are way better. Wil joy come back to this one.

My family and I came here the other day and had a great experience. The service was fast and brought everything we asked for plus more. Anytime the chips were getting low, more were brought out without even saying anything. My wife got the tacos and she said they were great, my kids got the quesadillas and I got the happy plate. The food was awesome. I highly recommend stopping by.

I have been going to El Carrizo for years now and I have ate at plenty of Mexican restaurants in town. While I wouldn’t say they have the best food in town, I would say they deliver the same quality food I expect each time and it is well worth the price. Service here is always extremely fast and staff are friendly. Would recommend to everyone. My rankings of just a few Mexican restaurants in the area: Sapo’s > El Carrizo > El Vaquero
