El Cotija Mexican restaurant

Hands down one of the BEST dining experiences I’ve had. From the moment we walked in, the vibe, the food, and especially the service were top-tier. Our server Alex was phenomenal—attentive without hovering, knowledgeable about the menu, genuinely kind, and made us feel so welcome. Alex anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and truly elevated the entire experience. That level of service is rare and deserves major recognition. The food was absolutely delicious—beautifully presented, fresh, and full of flavor. You can tell this restaurant takes pride in every detail, from the atmosphere to the plate to the people they hire. If you’re coming here, ask for Alex—you won’t regret it. This place has officially become a favorite, and I can’t wait to come back!

First and last time visiting. Service was impeccable! Atmosphere? Pleasant and accommodating! The meal? ewww!! Yuck!! Disgusting and just plain nasty! My daughter recommended this awesome establishment( honestly, it really is a nice eatery) it's just...my pallet can no longer digest pure,authentic,international cuisine! I will return, no doubt. I'm sure the drinks ( Dr. Pepper/ Water) are delicious!

Very cute place. Service was amazing and very kind. Food was fantastic, best Mexican food in the city! Hot and fresh, large portions for cheap.

It was a wonderful experience! We came in today for my mom’s surprise birthday dinner and it did not disappoint! We love Alex, he took great care of us and we love his personality and great service! The food was so amazing! They also remodeled the restaurant and the atmosphere is out of this world! If you are craving mexican food, please try out this place and don’t forget to ask for Alex!

Delicious Mexican food at a good price. Large bar with lots of seats and a huge fireplace in the dining room. Huge outside patio dining area. Great for happy hour on a Friday after golfing.
