Absolutely amazing experience at El Fogon! The service was outstanding from start to finish, attentive, friendly, and welcoming. The food was incredible, full of authentic Peruvian flavors and beautifully presented. Every dish we tried was fresh and delicious. The atmosphere was warm, vibrant, and friendly. They had nice live music playing. If you’re looking for great Peruvian cuisine with top-notch service, I highly recommend El Fogon. We’ll definitely be back!

The food tastes homemade, packed with authentic Peruvian flavor, and the presentation is beautiful, every plate looks as good as it tastes. We tried several dishes, including Lomo Saltado, which had tender beef strips sautéed with onions, tomatoes, and crispy fries, all perfectly seasoned. The Chaufa was colorful, fresh, and full of flavor. Even the steak was done right: juicy, flavorful, and served hot. This Peruvian spot in Miramar is fire… the vibe is amazing and the service is always on point…. Eyyyy… The food is crazy good: super fresh, full of flavor, and you can tell they cook with love. Every dish hits. 100% recommended.

I ordered food to go. One of them was the elixir ceviche which is really good but the portion for $16 was literally 3 spoons and one shrimp.
