El Gallo Taqueria

I come here at least 3 times a week and I always order for pick-up. The woman who works the register is named Grace and she always makes sure my order is prepped right. I come here so often that she knows me. The food is amazing.

Great little Mexican eatery... Fresh ingredients, fast service and simple but clean environment for a quick bite, eat in or take out. Located on Broome St near Bowery, it's very convenient... But the food is the reason to come. Much tastier than Chipotle in my opinion. Definitely recommended, you won't be disappointed. Prices are also very fair. Dennis, the guy working the register, was also very nice and answered all my questions with great attitude.

Very nice and casual taco place to eat in. I ordered a single chicken taco, and was very pleased to receive my order in 5 minutes time. Chicken was flavorful, and the shredded radish and cilantro was also a great addition to the plate, will definitely visit once again!

Wanted a quick bite to eat, so we stopped in here. Small, quaint little spot. They had a lot of menu options. Food came out right away. I ordered a steak torta. I have to say this is one of the best tortas I’ve had in my life. The bread was so soft, and the meat was super tasty and delicious. My daughter had the burrito, also very good. I also ordered a cup of esquites, this was so hard to put down, I wanted to keep eating more if it. We were so hungry we dove right into the food and almost forgot to take pics. Definitely would come back to try more options.
