Food truck. Probably I’ll give them a second chance. Bistec tacos were very bad and dry, almost burned. Cachete tacos was pretty good. Carnitas good. Sevice is good and kind
This food truck is one of the best I've ever eaten at, period! The birria quesadilla I ordered was so delicious - besides being MASSIVE, it had a generous amount of tender shredded beef and melty cheese, with a crispy (but not too thick) tortilla, which was easy to dip. The stew was full and flavorful, too, with notably-fresh cilantro and a good balance of oil-to-veggies. El Gordo is a genuine birrieria, and definitely worth checking out! Kudos to them for the amazing food!
I never leave reviews but when I saw this ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED 🤢 could be a cockroach but idk yall can decide on that.
