EL IMPORTADO “HAINES CITY"

Customer service could have been better, but I cannot complain. As far as food goes it was fresh it was hot just like I like it. Pretty tasty honest opinion. I do wish I had more lettuce or my sandwich though but overall hot and good. As far as price is pricey but what restaurant is it these days. Also check it out give it a chance

I guess I thought because out of 600 reviews it was a 4.5 star so it must be good but this was awful. The girl at the counter couldn’t tell me the price of one empanada when it rang up way higher than the menu said. I ended up saying it’s fine, and tipped as well. The dough is sweet like funnel cake, and the inside was soggy. The sweetness clashed with the beef and I wasn’t even sure what I was eating. I had also said ground beef but got shredded instead. Would not recommend. EDIT: They responded to my review as well as someone else’s below and this was their response to them? What does that response even mean?

How do you have a restaurant in America yet you don’t have an English menu. Wow, you’re killing your business. Pretty sure this is America and you do not have an English menu that’s just stupid. I’ve had their food from a food truck in Kissimmee and it was good, but the guy spoke English and was helpful this place is just a waste of my time. Literally drove over 2 hrs to eat here and couldn’t even order. I will definitely never visit again. If I can’t understand what I’m ordering what’s the point. Apparently, no one speaks English either🤷‍♂️ won’t be expecting them to stay in business long

Hands down the best burger I've had in years. We are so lucky that they are here in Davenport. This place is a Gem with tons of options. I highly recommend this place.
