El Jalisco Crawfordville Mexican Restaurant

Food was great. Staff was friendly. Been here a couple of times and the food has always been good. The carnitas alone are worth going back for again and again.

The service was very good. The handwritten updated prices look so tacky on the menu that I'd rather have a paper menu. Margaritas were great. Cleanliness is not where it should be for a restaurant. Food is stretched to thin. My chicken breast was more like a flat pancake that had way too much seasoning. Beans and rice were middle of the road, not very warm either.

We decided to try this restaurant while we were in town. The wait staff was very efficient. We did not have to wait for a table. The food was good and more than we could eat. Loved the decor.

Twice I've visited and ask the water for cow tongue! He happily obliged both times. Today I ask a different waiter and he informed me that they don't have cow tongue they've never had it. Don't like being lied to. I'll never do business in that establishment again

Delicious Mexican food served quickly. Nice atmosphere inside of the restaurant. I had a burrito with rice and beans and my husband had a chimichanga both were delicious.
