OK let me just say this is a new favorite for a Latino Mexican Restaurant!! 😋 I've been driving by and noticing more and more vehicles in the parking lot which means only one thing, they got it going on inside and I'm about to find out what's cooking. First off the building catches your eye on the outside but walking inside you're really taking back saying woooow this is nice. Newly designed with a full bar and wait staff ready to serve you and ensure your visit was warranted to return. Everything was great from the food to the service and I'll most definitely be back. Trust me on this, once you visit you'll be back, thank me later and enjoy your self. Great location for date night or fun dining

This is my new favorite Mexican spot! The food is delicious, staff is friendly, service is great! I’ve tried a few different menu items and loved each of them (quesadilla, burrito, tacos, ACP). Their margaritas are WORTH every penny! Delicious and strong :) 100% would recommend!

El Jimador Mexican Restaurant in Raleigh, North Carolina is absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and friendly hospitality that made us feel right at home. The atmosphere is vibrant and inviting and perfect for family dinners, date nights, or just catching up with friends over some great Mexican food. The food was nothing short of delicious! Every dish was full of fresh flavor and perfectly seasoned and you can really taste the authenticity in every bite. The chips and salsa came out fresh and crispy, and the entrees were cooked to perfection. Whether it’s the sizzling fajitas, flavorful tacos, or cheesy enchiladas, everything was spot on. What really made our visit special, though, was the excellent customer service. The staff was attentive

First of all! If I had only known that this place was as good as it was, I would’ve stopped going to “ the other Mexican restaurant” a long time ago! Byron was the best bartender ever! The service is top-notch, the drinks are ridiculously amazing, and the atmosphere was stellar! I will not be going back to the other place, so glad I came here to give it a try! We will be back! Thanks!! P.S. Get the jalapeño marg!!!

This place never disappoints! Excellent service, huge portions and a fantastic vibe under one roof. Whether it’s date night, birthday or quick lunch this is my favorite spot in the area. Their drinks are unparalleled and the food is always hot. Have a great time every visit.
