El Nuevo Vallarta Mexican Bar & Grill

We had Pozole! Huge tasty bowls! I had red with pork and my friend had green with mixed meats . Service was great and food really tasty. Red was more hearty and the green was more tangy. Had enough left over for another meal!

We came to Hilton Head from out of town and found this spot. It was late and I assumed they were closing at 10, we arrived at 9:20. They said that it was no worry, to come in and genuinely wanted to serve us. Come to find out they closed at 9:30. I felt terrible but the whole staff was very reassuring and said not to mention it. Our food came out phenomenally. Only out done by the kindness of the staff. From the standpoint of service alone I would highly recommend this place, but their food was great too!

Absolutely the worst Mexican restaurant I've ever been to. I'm from AZ so I know good Mexican. We were a table of 6. The food was horrible. Mostly just tasteless except for the strong lime flavor on many our dishes The food was cold as well. Margaritas were tasteless as well. Just lime juice. We're not even sure there was tequila in them. Service? Unheard of here. No plates for the chips and salsa so we had to sit there like a bunch of animals dripping salsa all over the table. Our waiter could not have cared less. He was rude, gave poor information about the different dishes. When the food was delivered to us, it came out 1 plate at a time with many wrong dishes coming to the table. The whole process took over 30 minutes. I’m in love with their michelada del mar is always on point. So far I had their shrimp and tostada de ceviche, seafood soup and carne azada and everything was delicious this place is a must every time I go to bluffton and their customer service is exceptional. I absolutely recommend people to go if around the area.

This place has really good food. We have been a few times and had a good experience each time. The carnitas torta was amazing. My wife had the fajita quesadilla and it was very good. They have a huge menu with a lot traditional Mexican dishes. Definitely worth a try.
