EL PANES BAKERY

Well I did enjoy this place for my tres leches but unfortunately the other people besides the owner who works there treat the customers poorly. The last time I bought a cake for my aunt I asked the owners brother if I can have paper towels for the excess from the cake. Instead, he laughed at me and walked off. I had spoiled milk scent in my car and I didn't have anything at the time to clean up. The cake had leaked all of in my trunk.I'm very disappointed. Also, today July 2nd I called to see if anyone can speak English. I speak some Spanish but poorly. So instead the lady who works there scoffed and hung up on me. If the owner sees this I'm so disappointed in your co worker's. Please tell your employees that if you want to lose business and scare your customers away then they seek work

I visited this place by accident, I meant to try out the other bakery. But as soon as I stepped through the door, I was greeted by the delicious scent of freshly baked breads. The staff was friendly and patiently explaining the differences in pastries. Everything i purchased was absolutely amazing, and very inexpensive. I wish someone had bet me that I couldn't eat five pastries in less than three hours. Because I totally would have won that bet.
