El Pilon Arepas Grill

My in laws are Venezuelan so I’m always checking the options around home for the authentic goodness. El Pilón certainly fits the bill. The food is fresh and very tasty. Another mentioned the prices were high but hey this is the reality now. However for a five protein arepa you cannot beat the price here. Nunca. Come support this wonderful restaurant so that we continue to have excellent traditional food!

The food is great. It’s gotten a little bit overpriced in my opinion. Service is OK, seem like they’re doing 1 million things at a time for one person and the price is pretty crazy, a bowl for $12 is okay But then to add an extra protein, it’s four dollars extra which equals out to just a cup of whatever you get kinda expensive in my opinion.

A good first impression. My first experience with Venezuelan. I perceived it fairly authentic. I will definitely be back. Beef Empanada $3.99 Pelua Arepa $9.50 Bottled Water $1.75

Nice place, nice service, it is a expensive place, can't have breakfast every day. The pabellon was good and huge, the fresh Cachapa with fresh cheese was amazing, really good Tequeños . The Empanadas de Carne are horrible, tasted weird, no refund they just said "I am sorry you didn't like it" we ordered two
