El Pollo Loco

Not what it used to be no salsa bar, very skimpy portions the chicken is scrawny and hardly any meat on it. It's like they took chickens that were already starving and going to die anyways and cooked them up:(

I like the way the chicken was cooked, I have bought in others pollo Locos before and this one was different, very hot, the tortillas were hot and delicious, the salsas, and most along all the service was really good. Overall everything was good.

Place is really good. The only thing though, is in occasion while going on drive through, the tend to forget items that I ordered... I know that working in a fast food restaurant, it does get a bit hard just because you need to work in an adequate pace, but come on. I also get that not all employees work the same, but at least be a bit positive, I get it.. some days can be a bit fustrating. But those good employees always make it up.

We went through the drive-thru and bought a Family Meal. When we got home, it was Hot and Fresh! My family really enjoyed our dinner tonight and Kudos to tonight's team and managers! Service is so important today, and they nailed it!

This location was decent. Not the best - not the worst. Got the 4 piece chicken combo. Chicken was a little extra crispy on the outside but still delicious on the inside. Service was fast and friendly. Restrooms could use some love. Overall, it was a good experience.
