El Pollo Loco

Stale flour tortillas at 6pm on a Monday! Don’t tell me the workers can’t feel that thru the plastic bag it comes in! Quality of food had gone downhill! Is it just because the restaurant is in a crappy area?

Incredibly clean and fast. I'm hoping you get to visit when "Cinnamon" is working. Big beautiful smile welcomes everyone when they come in. So friendly and helpful. I think I'd be willing to stop at this location just to feel the joy that she puts out. The food is as always at all El Pollo Loco's most the time, delicious & fresh. Thank you!

I want to give out a shout out to Cinnamon. You really has such great customer service from the moment my mother and I walk thru the door. From greeting us and taking care of us. We need more people Iike her. Kindness goes a long way. Not just us but she was the same to others. Please recognize her for this. It was my first time to this location and I will be back

Ordered a double chicken tostada on my app. along with a burrito. Food and service did not disappoint. The place was clean and my food was ready and presented well. Shout out to the friendly staff!!

I went there on my lunch because I love the Pollo Loco in Perris and as soon as I walked in the atmosphere did not seem clean whatsoever. It was only 10:15am when I picked up my food so they hadn’t been open for long and there was no lids, the floor was dirty, the outside atmosphere wasn’t inviting either. When I first tried the food I didn’t notice anything off because I was on my lunch break but after I tried finishing on my break again, I noticed the smell way off and asked for second opinion from others and they agreed. It’s been more than a week and my stomach still hasn’t recovered, I feel gross and feel like I need my stomach flushed out. Don’t recommend at all
