El Pollo Loco

This is my neighborhood locations and it always smacks. Today they took longer than expected but the staff made sure to make it right with a churro. They were very apologetic and most important of all the food was fire.

After reviewing this page, I’m not sure why the reviews are so low—I had an overall decent experience. They recently added kiosks, and I enjoyed ordering through them. I had a coupon for $3 off and was able to scan it easily. I also use the app and enjoy stacking up points to earn free items. This was my first time at this location. Since I ordered at the kiosk, I didn’t really interact with the staff, so I can’t comment on the customer service. However, there is plenty of indoor seating available. I deducted one star only due to cleanliness. I came on a Thursday evening around 5 p.m., and many of the tables were still very dirty. It was difficult to find a clean table to sit at, and there was no staff in the dining area to ask for help. Overall, I would come back—but possibly just for

I got a chicken bowl and if had bits of broccoli in it even though it’s not supposed to come with it, so it could’ve been made a little better. Other than that, it tasted great. Daisy could be a little normal on the other hand, working a customer service job with no hospitality? Like I’m not even asking for the whole upbeat personality, but being normal is all it takes. She seriously needs to have an attitude check hecausd this isn’t the first time I’ve felt so unwelcome by her for ordering food at a food place.

Drive through was taking very long .. even when you reach the menu the speaker says "please let me know when your ready" I say ready and nothing but silence for about a min. I order the queso blanco guacamole burrito. I pull up to the window the guy working the window doesn't greet me nor make sure what my order is he just looks and says 10.96$ no hi how are you or anything .. he gives me my card and receipt then hands me a bag . I get back to my office just find a very small burrito I slightly open it . It's nothing but beans and rice .. now I'm irritated I only get 30min for lunch and now I have to drive back because for almost 11$ a bean and rice burrito a fraction of the size of what I should of received is completely not acceptable. I use to be here and buy a family meal here. But today I was very disappointing. The broccoli is very old with brown mold. And Pico the Gallo sauce taste bad. Like lost temperature and taste like is due .spoil. You guys should be check all the condiments and vegetables before serve to the customer. No good .
