El Pollo Loco

Came today April 7 shortly after 430 and was greeted by Cesar the cashier. Cesar was super helpful and patient answering my questions. The food was amazing, Ricardo the cook did an amazing job. This is probably the best chicken I have ever had. I even ordered some to go. The food tasted good and even the soda machine had good soda. The service was good and I'll definitely be coming back, driving past two other pollo loco because this location is absolutely phenomenal. I definitely recommend.

It has been a while since I have come to eat at El Pollo Loco. It is always really good and delicious to come back to eat here. 😋. I appreciate the service. You can feed 2-4 people with this. I ate only 1/4 of the food and still I had left over food, maybe because i was not very hungry or because i am eating just enough food to be satisfied. So I took it home.

I went through the drive thru on 8/19/2021 the dine-in was closed and they had a sign that said only drive thru. I ordered a chicken tostada salad and found a surprise. It was a sauce nozzle inside my chicken tostada salad. Please be aware of what you order here and be aware for a unwanted surprise in your food. Management just responded saying that it probably could be because it was busy since they weren't taking in store orders like if it's an a okay thing to happen. Very poor management judgement on their part.

The staff seem very nice, they tend to greet entering customers with a loud "WELCOME!". It's quite nice. I'm not sure why but although I've been there several times I am never one of the welcomed? My last trip I got a double checked tostada salad, a personal favorite. Unfortunately, when I got it home the lettuce was old, (not crisp), the chicken was old and actually TOUGH! There was NO cheese, NO Sour cream and the avocado was visibly black and rotten. This is really a shame. My family LOVES EPL and this store is super convenient for me. But I just can't do it again.

This is the nicest El Pollo Loco I have ever been in and the staff was amazing the food was also amazing I will come back for sure
