El Pollo Loco

This location has great service. I was helped by Art and he was super helpful and patient with my large order. They got everything correct and my family was happy and satisfied. This is my new go to location for sure thanks to Art and the team.

This place is awful. I love El Polo Loco but this location will without a doubt me up your order. They always forget the dressing. When you make a request like no avocados due to severe allergies they will put on avocados. Take my advise and steer clear from the Warner/ Euclid location

My wife was going to order a 24-pc family catering meals from the El Pollo Loco app, but it says pickup time will be 9:10pm!!! So, I got smart and went to the local location and waited less than 30 minutes, and it was ready, and I am also glad that we use the $10 reward points. There is lots of food for the family party tonight!

Great Customer Service.Mac n Cheese was hot ,coleslaw cold ,fresh tortillas, wings cooked perfectly .I prefer my chicken well done...Clean Establishment....5 Stars Thank You

It's been a while since I had El Pollo loco as checking it out they still got really good food It can count on that Great prices you want fresh head over here You won't be disappointed thanks team over there for the Great burritos they were delicious.
